The Barloworld Equipment Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) specializes in the rebuilding and repairing of Caterpillar components in two facilities. They are CRC Engines based in Isando, specializing in all engine rebuilds and repairs and CRC Drivetrain in Boksburg specializing in component rebuilds and repairs such as transmissions, differentials, pumps, cylinders and many more.
The capabilities and contamination control standards of the CRC is both Caterpillar certified and ISO 9001 certified, enabling it to offer extended rebuild warranties.
A REMAN programme enables the CRC to provide an up-front quotation for a hydraulics, transmission or engine repair with the supply of an immediate off-the-shelf replacement instead of delaying production while the customer’s component is repaired.
