Barloworld Power Order Delays

On 1st February 2017, Barloworld Power changed to a SAP based enterprise resource planning system.  The change has resulted in a few teething problems which we are focusing on solving.

We apologise for the delays that have been caused to the ordering of stock and back order parts for the brands that we represent. These delays further influenced our service delivery as well which we are attending to as well. We expect the issues to be resolved quickly however in the meantime we encourage you to plan ahead by factoring in an additional 21 days into your delivery schedules.
